Submission Guidelines & Process

• Complete and submit all requested information in this application portal. Click Apply to begin.
• Only abstracts submitted in the portal will be considered. No emails or other correspondence will be accepted.
• A separate submission must be completed for each proposal. Applicants are allowed up to four separate submissions. Only one co-presenter is allowed for 60-minute sessions.
• Final selections will be consistent with the identified educational needs, presentation ethics and objectives of the conference.
• Proposals will be chosen and speakers notified in December 2024 via email. Please be sure to check your spam folders.
• Submissions will close on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).
