EVENT DATES: TUESDAY JUNE 23, 2026 to SUNDAY JUNE 28, 2026

Submission Guidelines & Process

• Complete and submit all requested information in this application portal. Click Apply to begin.
• Only abstracts submitted in the portal will be considered. No emails or other correspondence will be accepted.
• A separate submission must be completed for each proposal. Applicants are allowed up to four separate submissions. 
• Co-Presenters must be listed at the time of submission and cannot be changed later without written approval. 
  • 60-minute podium presentations may have 1 co-presenter
  • Workshops may have 1 co-presenter
  • 3-hour seminars may have up to 2 co-presenters
• Final selections will be consistent with the identified educational needs, presentation ethics and objectives of the conference.
• Proposals will be chosen and speakers will be notified in late 2025/early 2026 via email. 
• Please be sure to check your AANP membership email and spam folders for any updates or news regarding status of your proposal.
• Submissions will close on Monday, July 07, 2025, at 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).
